The nearest public car park is next to the hotel in Circus West Village (SW11 8EZ), and is available 24 hours a day. Guests are able to use the drop off point at the hotel entrance.
To access the Circus West Village car park, enter from Battersea Park Road and drive along Pump House Lane to the roundabout with the white sculpture, then turn left at the security point. Continue on Circus Road West until you reach the corner of Circus West Village and turn immediately left where you can drive into the underground car park.

Laundry, dry cleaning and pressing
For same day service, please hand in your laundry to reception before 9.00 AM. You will receive it back the same day before 7.00 PM, except bank holidays. All laundry handed in after 9.00 AM will be returned the next day before 7.00 PM. The laundry list and bag can be found in the wardrobe in your room

Is my online payment secure?
Yes, all online payments are safely powered by our partner Adyen and are 3D secured.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept debit card and credit card payments. We can only accept cards that support a 3D secure verification.
I have a balance on my reservation, is it settled when I check out online?
If there is a balance on your reservation, you will be able to pay it during online check-out. You will not be required to go to reception to settle it.
I am due a refund, when can I expect it?
Once a refund has been processed, it can take up to 14 working days to reach your bank account.
For online check-in, why do I need to pay in advance?
We ask you to pay in advance in order to complete the entire check-in process online. This way, you will be able to save time on your arrival. If you opt for a digital key, we also need the payment in advance in order to issue you one. We do not ask for any deposit online. If you wish to leave a card on file, you can do so at the reception at any point during your stay.
What should I do if my digital key is not working?
Check that both Bluetooth and Location are enabled on your device and the art'otel services app also has access to Location and Bluetooth in order to unlock the door. If you continue to experience challenges with your digital key, our team at reception will be happy to help.
What happens if I have a digital key and my phone is dead/stolen/locked in the room?
Head to reception, where our team will be happy to help.
Can I share my digital key?
You can share your digital key with other guests included in your reservation. The number of digital keys you can share depends on the number of adults on your booking. If there is only one adult included in your booking, you will not be able to share your digital key.
Can I have both a digital key and a physical keycard?
Due to security reasons, we can only allow one key per guest. If you have a digital key and would prefer a physical keycard, please speak to our team at reception. To swap a physical keycard for a digital one, log in to our app (art'otel services) with your reservation number to get your digital key. Once you have your digital key, your physical keycard will no longer work.
When and how can I receive my digital key?
You can receive your digital key on the day of arrival after 3pm (or earlier if you’ve received confirmation of an early check-in from the hotel). You need to be within two kilometres of the hotel to receive your digital key.
Can I request early check-in?
Of course! Early check-in is subject to availability, and chargeable. Please add your request to your booking, or contact us via live chat.
When can I check in online?
You can check-in online two hours after making your booking, until 8pm on the day of arrival. If we have your email address, we will email you the link to do so at 5pm the day before arrival.
What happens if I arrive at the hotel early?
If you arrive earlier than the standard check-in time of 3pm, please head to reception. The team can let you know if your room is available. If not, they will be happy to store your luggage until it is ready.
Will I start receiving marketing emails if I check-in online?
No, we will only send you marketing emails if you explicitly give your consent. You can do so by ticking the relevant checkbox when filling in the guest details during online check-in. If you are already subscribed to our marketing emails and want to opt out, please reach out to us at

How long is my data stored for?

We collect and store the same information during online check-in as we do when you check in at the front desk.
Can I request a late checkout?
Yes, you can ask the reception team about a late check-out at any point during your stay.

If I check-out online and forget something in my room, what should I do?
If you check-out online, leave your room and realise you have left something behind, you can visit reception who will be happy to assist.
What happens to my digital key when I check-out online?
When you check-out online, your digital key will be deactivated. We recommend you check-out online when you are ready to depart.
When can I check-out online?
You can check-out online on the morning of your departure. If we have your email address on file, we will send you an email at 7 am the day of departure with a link to check-out online.
