On June 19th, JOIA Rooftop is hosting the first Chef’s Flaming Feast – a fire-fuelled culinary experience overlooking the skyline of London with live entertainment.
For one night only and together with the talent of four of London’s finest open-fire chefs we’re creating an unforgettable evening of smoke, flavour, and artistry—all using the legendary Big Green Egg.
Joining JOIA’s own Concept Chef, Henrique Sá Pessoa, the evening features:
- Robbie Jameson, Head Chef of the Michelin-starred HUMO
- Jack Godik, Executive Chef of Argentinian hotspot Sucre
- Luca Mastrantoni, Head Chef of Ekstedt at The Yard
Each chef will craft a signature dish, showcasing the bold, smoky flavours that define live-fire cooking at its finest.
